 Leading international galleries come together for Contemporary Istanbul, Turkey's most important annual art fair. Paintings, sculptures and ceramic products, for sale or just admiration, fill the display space at the Lutfi Kirdar Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Center.
Previous exhibitors include the Centre d'Art La Real from Mallorca, the County Hall Gallery, London, Basel-based Licht Feld and Vonderbank Artgalleries, Berlin.
Amongst the participating artists in 2008 was Alexander Berg with ONE SHOT, a photographic portrait project which began in New York's Times Square, where he captured passers-by to create images with only "one sheet of film, one exposure, one moment, one shot".
